Shipping Policy
Handling Time:
Our products are shipped within 2 - 3 Days of purchase between Monday - Friday, not including public holidays.
Shipping Options:
All orders are shipped using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days ( Cost-free ) however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Shipping Info:
Shipping times can be affected due to unforeseen circumstances and some packages could be delayed, if this happens we will contact you to let you know of the potential delay in delivery.
Once the package has been shipped it is no longer in our hands and we do not have control over delivery, if however if packages need redirection or anything else then we will communicate with postal services to make any changes necessary.
If you have not received your package after the delivery time elapsed, please contact us and reference your order number so we can track down your shipment.
Tracking:
All shipments include tracking and will be sent via email or SMS once we have shipped your product/s. Some orders might require multiple shipments and if this happens you will have additional tracking sent once the product has been shipped.
